Interesting McArdle geography lesson

This post is fascinating and I rather enjoy Megan McArdle's quick inferences from the visual display.

But a quick point - Austria was not always landlocked. Let us not forget that George Ritter von Trapp was a naval commander.

And another - three out of four of Europe's landlocked countries are known for bank secrecy laws? The list she links to shows roughly a dozen European landlocked countries (Andorra, Austria, Czechia, Hungary, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Moldova, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Switzerland, Vatican City) so that would mean nine known for bank secrecy laws. Really?
