My initial experiment on exploring this site has proven to be a true entertainment.

There seems to be rather little actual content, but I must say I did really like one piece of integrity that shows up in this memorandum.

Funds are used for authorized purposes and instances of fraud, waste, error, and abuse are mitigated.

Mitigated? Already this government is preparing for fraud, waste, error, and abuse! And I do not blame them.
And I even want to commend their honesty. They could have said they planned to avoid all these outcomes. But they know better.
