Incentives Matter
Though I am not sure how this would look in a serious rush hour, and suspect maintenance of those stairs will be prohibitively expensive. And why do we want people taking the stairs, anyway?h/t David Zetland Though I have seen it many tiemes in the last couple of days, I steal my title from his text.
