More Gasoline Pigou
Doc has a useful post on gasoline taxes - something I ranted about some time ago (I am in favour). Were I an economist I would sign up for Greg Mankiw's Pigou club.This issue is extremely important and it frustrates me that so little discussion of the environment includes proposed solutions in this area.
