I'm Somewhere Different
On the first exploratory walk, we stumbled into the town's Saturday farmer's market, and noticed there was a certain puckishness in this land, not known for that.
What in the picture do I think is puckish? And where am I?

According to my dictionary, "puckish" means "naughty", "annoying" and/or "wicked".
I believe the country you are in is known for *precisely* those traits.
I had more in mind "Whimsical; mischievous; impish".
Ah, I see. Well, the cow on the balcony is definitely "mischievous", though perhaps not from the cow's point of view.
