Dysfunction Comes Close to Home

Part of the night I spent listening to various European radio reports reflecting on the grotesque dysfunctionality driven by the delivery or non-delivery of natural gas from Russi athrough the Ukraine.
I was lucky NOT to be located in the part of Toronto affected by this!
