Maybe they could redefine Planck's Constant?
Texas determines the age of the Universe:h/t Pam, who actually has a much more practical suggestion than mine regarding redefining some constants - all those fractional bits of Pi are annoying!
You know, if they put this in a sitcom nobody would take it seriously.
