Bill Whittle is unquestionably overwrought here. And yet, I started watching thinking this was off the rails and found it in the end actually pretty much on the rails.
I think he gets 'Critical Theory' dead right. (Except there is no theory.) And it stuns me to find someone explaining the Frankfurt School (a 'think tank') in this context! I was once quite an enthusiast of this gang of Communist apologists, but you might gather from my saying this, I am not now. The whole thing is, and always was, an utter sham.
It is worth the watch.
