Hair-RaisingI tend not to get headaches; in fact I can think of none I have had in the last thirty years that could not be attributed to hangover effects (and even those are very rare).
So I can read this article without taking it too personally.
An interesting treatment for headache was that recommended by the 10th century astronomer and physician Ali ibn Isa (ca. 940–1010 CE), who recommended binding a dead mole to the headI suspect this is a front-runner among the contributions to science and engineering that the head of NASA is supposed to celebrate to make Muslims feel good. I'll be watching for people walking around this neighborhood with moles attached to their heads.
