Orrie?
I am watching Business News Network, CTV's business channel, and some guy named Jan Randolph was talking about the Irish bond market going "orrie" ("Oh-ree"). Is this how he pronounces 'awry'? I pronounce it ah-rye.Have I been confused my whole life?
I am not sure how often I have heard it pronounced in my 61 years +.

This is very funny because up until a few years ago I pronouned it "aw-ree." Then I said it that way in front of someone who snickered at me and then corrected me! So now I say "ah-rye."
