No time to watch the clip yet but last year I had occasion to chat to a friend who is a senior exec with the local branch of a major pharmaceutical company in a foreign country, .
I asked where most of the world's medical research was done. Her unequivocal answer: the USA.
This means in essence, that richer Americans have been paying for pushing the frontiers of medical science for the world.
While this might be unfair, it is a fact and the adoption of Obamacare means it will end.
