Montenegro?!
Watching the CBC coverage of the world junior track and field championships and the women's high jump features the winner, a competitor from Montenegro. Is Montenegro a country? Ot just for the IAAF? Maybe just for the juniors?Are there are other non-countries?

You silly ol' goose! Montenegro has an independent history going back to before Ancient Greece.
It's not just some little young upstart off-shoot of the US like Canada............
Well I totally approved of that high jumper!
