You might not be so eager to publicize inconclusive or non-results or negative ones.This story is of course not simply about drug studies - they are by no means unique in having file drawers.
I am lucky - have pretty much never felt depressed and hence never tempted to try one of these drugs out. For others the stakes are MUCH higher.

I read the Prozac results as saying that the amount of exaggeration for that drug was pretty small.
Me too! And given its bad press, ....
