Toronto's mayor, David Miller, has announced that he will not run to renew his mandate next fall. Now the question is which candidate I will be complaining about for the next many years.
Hey, wait, that's not fair to me. I did not complain much about Mel Lastman, and came to view him as a giant after a couple of years of Miller.
