Farewell, Kevin Newman - Welcome, Donna Friesen

Nice to have her back and joining the apparent trend of women taking over for men (Lisa Laflamme replacing Lloyd Robertson too! If only Wendy had replaced what's his name.)
A nice reflection from Paul Wells on Newman's stint.
Friesen, in her opening remarks, says she wants "to give ordinary people a voice"; good thing she did not say "small people"!
I love her being matter-of-fact too - "I am who I am and being a woman has never hindered me." And, "My son is five years old, he was born in London, and he thinks of himself as British, and that's gotta change". The latter with an audible smile.
She has never been in the forefront and it will be fun to watch her adapt.
